How does it work?

1. The Brief

We meet, either via Zoom or in person and discuss your requirements and expected outcomes

2. The Work

I write the TNA, the objectives, script, record the Voice Over where required and record the screen cast if it is a "how-to" video.
If you need a simulation I will also grab all of the screens create the simulation and program the interactions

3. The Result

Once you are happy with the draft, I generate the final learning program(s), video(s) or simulation(s) and upload to your client's LMS

Project 1: 

Objective: To onboard personnel to use the new customisation for their Salesforce org

Solution: Create myTrailhead solution to include scripts, 89 "how-to" videos with voice over and 26 simulations. All material uploaded to Cornerstone

Outcome: Project completed on time and within budget. Survey results showed positive reaction to the learning program. 

Project 2: 

Objective: To upskill personnel of a top Pharmaceutical company with a new "in-house" process

Solution: Using Articulate Storyline and 360 a solution was built creating a number of modules. Interview videos were also recorded.
